Instituto Technologico Castilla y Leon presents eConfidence on the eNotice meeting

On 26 February 2018 the eConfidence project coordinator, Instituto Technologico Castilla y Leon (ITCL) presented the project at the meeting of the European Network Of Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CBRN) TraIning CEnters (eNOTICE).

The aim was to explore synergies in using Serious Games in CBRN trainings to improve the participants' behaviour in these stressful situations (e.g. terrorist attacks). Securing CBRN materials has been part of the Commission's activities since 2006. Serious games have become a popular tool for knowledge transfer, behavioural, perceptual or cognitive change, but at the same time, their effectiveness has been analysed in several studies aiming to answer the question whether they are an effective instrument for behaviour change. The presentation is available here.
